Our exit signs are designed to inform guests of the location and direction to the exit of the building at hand. An exit sign is designed to inform guests of how to clear the exit in case of  fire or other emergency. Most relevant codes require exit signs to be of contrasting colors (in background and letter colorings) and easy to read. Exit signs are designed to be absolutely unmistakable and understandable to anyone.

Where would you find an exit sign installed ?  Exit Signs for doors and corridors should be mounted with the bottom of the exit no more than 80 inches (6'8") above the top edge of the egress opening. Floor proximity exit signs require the bottom of the sign be mounted no less than 6" from the floor and no more than 18" above the floor
