  8. Failure to leave the falling-entry pool promptly after exiting from the slide.
  9. The possession of any glass, bottle or food in or near any pool.
  10. Entry into an area of grass or other vegetation and returning to slide, feature or pool.
  11. The possession of any loose objects.
  12. The use of any clothing other than swimwear pm the slide or feature.

The following actions void the warranty: improper assembly; use above intended and reasonable capacity; misuse; abuse; modification; cleaning with abrasive tools, exposing the unit to heat sources and vandalism. Painting, sandblasting, cleaning with harsh chemicals not recommended voids the warranty . Modification of the original product voids all warranties. HPDSIGNS.NYC assumes no liability for any modified product .HPDSIGNS.NYC is not responsible for: loss of use of the unit; labor for repair; inspection fees or disposal costs. THIS WARRANTY IS NONTRANSFERABLE. IT IS VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE. THE WARRANTY IS VOIDED AFTER 90 DAYS.
